One difference between staying in Sea Pines and other Plantations or locations is that you benefit from all of the amenities that a full Plantation has to offer -- a nature conservancy, historic plantation ruins, a lighthouse, sites and scenes of Harbour Town, restaurants and nightlife of south beach. Other areas of the Island are very commercial and crowded. Our private and beautiful house is located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines. Staying here is like having two vacations at once. The first is living on a semi-tropical golf course and the second is living at the beach. And of course, you can enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, birding, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golfing, tennis, shopping, swimming, snorkeling and diving, water skiing, boating, surfing, nature tours of beaches, and marshes by foot and kayak.
