This is a "NO SMOKING" unit which will sleep six people. The entrance to this unit Up one flight of stairs and into the living room. There, you will get you first glimpse of the awesome proximity of the ocean, which is just outside your door. The living room is equipped with a large screen TV, and a sleeper sofa.
The Full Kitchen is equipped with Appliances, Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware. There is a separate dining area and a bar with stools for the kids. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.
The bedrooms are upstairs on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom has sliding doors out to your very own private beach-side balcony. Sleep with the doors open, and no-one will every know.
This rental comes with 2 private balconies and one shared balcony (with 9A). The private balconies are equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach.
There is also a shared ground-level deck that is perfect for sunning and relaxing
